In 2045 the planet has 10 billion inhabitants, the governments facing this ecological disaster decide to pass a law that transforms the currencies into World Green Dollar, a value applied to objects and actions according to the amount of CO2 they emit.
Each year, each person has the same amount of Green Dollar indexed to the planet's biocapacity, which is equivalent to what the person can consume in one year. When a person would have consumed the totality of these green dollars, he should be placed in hibernation centers until his birthday of the following year, the rebirth day.
These bags of sealing testify of these hibernations because when these people are asleep in these centers their homes are often plundered.
The governments have therefore decided to put this sealing system under vacuum to allow the populations to keep at least one essential object for them.
